From our first design meeting through the final walkthrough, we manage every discipline in house — architecture, engineering, interior design, and construction — so your vision never gets lost in translation between firms. We take on a limited number of projects each year so each one gets the attention it deserves.
Kitchens and bathrooms are the rooms that get used every day. We design and build them with that in mind — thoughtful layouts, and materials selected for how we live, not just how they photograph. No off-the-shelf solutions. Every detail is drawn, specified, and built to the standard of the home around it and the life that is lived in it.

We design and build decks, patios, and outdoor living areas that hold up to the weather, the seasons, and daily use — without sacrificing the design quality that makes them worth spending time in. Do you work on projects outside of the Main Line and surrounding counties?
We take on 5 to 6 projects per year, so our schedule fills up quickly. Most clients are looking at a 6 to 18 month lead time depending on project scope and complexity.
How far out are you typically booked?
The quality of our work. If something we built or finished does not hold up the way it should, we come back and make it right at no cost to you. We stand behind what we build.
What does the 3-year workmanship warranty actually cover?
When you hire separately, you become the translator between multiple parties with different priorities and different contracts. With Lux Builds, architecture, interior design, engineering, and construction are handled by one team under one contract.
